Triphala with Anjeer Ras 
It is an effective remedy for constipation .
It has mild laxative action and is stool softener ,thereby cleansing the bowel system.

Key Ingredients : 
1. Triphala - A well known ancient Ayurvedic Rasayan is indicated for relief from constipation . Taking it helps to relief of constipation because of its Rechana and Vat balancing properties. 
2. Amaltas (Aragvadha) - Amaltas does manage constipation due to its Sramsana property and helps to expel waste products from the large intestine easily .
3. Revandchini - A natural laxative ,enhancing bowel motility ,supports regular bowel movement .It has mridurechan nature .
4. Anjeer - It has stool softening action and acts as prebiotic . 

Indications: 
To be used in mild to moderate constipation 

Directions for use : 
Add 10ml of Ras in 150ml of Water .Mix well .Preferably taken at night before sleep .
May be used two times a day or as directed by the Physician .
